It is a customized CNC machined part, with material Black POM, and none surface finish. This item is made for one of our European high end audio customer.

Material POM, it is one of our commonly used machinable plastic. And it has well physical, mechanical and chemical performance, especially for its great wear-resisting property. So it commonly used to make wear – reducing parts, transmission parts and instruments. It has high mechanical strength and rigidity, high fatigue strength, and good heat resistance, impact resistance, resistance to organic solvent corrosion, also with good insulating properties.
